Lights Over Lapland is the leading aurora borealis adventure tour company in Swedish Lapland and we are looking for a couple of new guides to work with us during the 2019-20 aurora season in Abisko National Park, Sweden. A qualified candidate for this position would need to have an intimate understanding of photography, experience guiding clients in outdoor situations, proven leadership skills and most importantly have a passion for sharing the wonders of nature with others. It is also critical that a qualified applicant is both physically and mentally strong and is ready for a cold dark winter above the Arctic Circle.
The guiding job will start in December of 2019 and will end in March of 2020. The winning candidate will lead our top rated Nightly Aurora Photo Tours, Wilderness Aurora Adventures, Landscape Photography Adventures and our Morning hikes in Abisko National Park. There will also be several other duties involved that require a valid drivers license and some sort of experience with driving in winter conditions.
