Your adventure starts with a tasty dinner by a cozy fire in an authentic teepee located just outside of the Máttaráhkká Northern Lights Lodge. During dinner, it is common to see the northern lights, and your guide is always happy to snap a few nice images of the northern lights. After dinner, we will head out into the Arctic wilderness on a snowmobile via the large network of trails which are built by the Máttaráhkká team. Once our race towards the summit of Mt. Ednamvárri we will serve warm beverages and wait for mother natures greatest show – the northern lights! Your guide will have a camera and will be happy to take a few nice photos of the auroras as they happen.
In order to drive one of our snowmobiles you must have a valid drivers license in your home country.
2-course dinner at Máttaráhkká – Northern lights lodge. Your evening meal will be served in our teepee. Dinner will be served either before or after the adventure based on the weather and aurora forecast. (Please inform if you have allergies in advance)
