A 20% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than six weeks prior to arrival.
If you cancel your reservation before making your final payment you are not required to make any additional payments but we will not refund the booking deposit that you already paid. If you cancel after making your final payment no refunds will be offered.
If at any time an unforeseen event causes Lights Over Lapland to cancel the expedition you will receive a 100% refund, including the booking deposit. Lights Over Lapland is not responsible for any travel expenses to or from Abisko National Park.
Nightly Auora Photo Tours
Full payment is required at the time of booking. You can cancel your activity up to 14 days before arrival and receive a full refund. No refunds will be made for cancellations that are made 1-14 days before arrival.
Other Products
Full payment is required when placing your order. All of our prices include world wide shipping. If you are not satisfied with your product you can return it within 14 days and receive a full refund minus our shipping cost. When returning a product you are responsible for all shipping fees and for any postal damage or loss that occurs during the shipment of your product back to Lights Over Lapland, therefore we recommend that you use a tracking service when shipping your product. All refunds will be made within 3 days from the time that we receive your product. All products must be returned in their original condition or you will not receive a refund.
