During this exciting dog sledding tour, you will get the chance to drive your own team of dogs, just like a true to life professional musher. Two people will share a team of 5-6 alaskan huskies through the sparkling frozen winter wonderland with old pine tree forest, frozen lakes and swamps.
We start the adventure from our camp, located just outside Kiruna close to the world famous ICEHOTEL. Along the route we will take a break and enjoy a lighter lunch, a piping hot drink and delicious cookies in our traditional Sami tipi. Our guide will tell you stories about the area, such as the Sami and the wildlife before we head back to the camp.
We travel in small groups of maximum 8 people to ensure an exclusive experience. There will be time to take photos along the way.
Meeting point for transfer will be the reception area at your accommodation in Kiruna.
Please be ready to leave 5 minutes before the starting time of the
tour. Please also note that the pickup time may be slightly delayed
depending on the pickup locations of other participants.
All transfers to this activity is only with pick up and drop off at Kiruna (Jukkasjärvi, Kurravaara) accommodations.
Transfer, Swedish fika, winter clothing, shoes, gloves and a hat are included in the price.
